At Blackstone Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure a tracked and secure delivery.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and securely seal the shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
